Teaching the English language to pre-kindergarten students, focusing on conversation as well as reading and writing
Administering tests throughout the semester / academic year and providing feedback on the students' scores
Joining school activities and doing chores such as gate duty, sports day, training, open house, English camp

Student ages range from 3 to 6 years and classes comprise approximately 30–35 students
Working hours are from Monday to Friday between 7.45 am and 4.30 pm
Weekly teaching volume is 20 to 22 periods

Thai and Filipino homeroom teachers are standing by to support you
The school will be providing books and a course outline for you if needed, but if you prefer to come up with a (suitable) lesson plan yourself, you’re free to do so
The school already employs a teacher from South Africa, placed by ETC (see below)
ETC has also placed three more foreign teachers (from SA and UK) in a school nearby

You’ll be officially employed by our partner, ETC Educations, not the school
ETC will support you with any job-related issues, paperwork and questions as well as anything regarding life in Thailand

33,000 THB per month net salary (i.e., paid into your account)
The agency we partner with will take care of all tax and social security payments on your behalf

For your first three months of employment, ETC will deduct a warranty deposit of 3,000 THB per month from your salary
Upon completion of your contract, ETC will pay out the warranty deposit to you in full

Up to three days off per semester in addition to the many Thai national holidays

Native English speaker from AU, CA, IE, NZ, UK, US or ZA with excellent command of the English language
Up-to-date CV with photo, age and education
Self-introduction video (30 to 90 seconds)
Transcript of your degree (Bachelor’s or higher)
English translation of your transcript if necessary
Copy of your passport photo page
At least five blank pages in your passport
Clean criminal background check
TESOL / TEFL certificate if you have one
